有機玉露 ひ（ HI ）

「 ひ 」は OOTC で最も等級の高い有機玉露です。日本茶のコンテストでの入賞を目指して、製造と仕上げを行いました。手摘み・手もみを思わせる外観、透明ながら旨味を感じさせるとろりとした水色、濃厚で上品な香り、アミノ酸が生む鮮烈な旨味、そして飲んだあとに広がる甘い余韻をお楽しみください。

HI is our highest grade of organic gyokuro, produced and finished with the aim of winning Japanese tea competitions. Enjoy leaves reminiscent of hand-picking and hand-rolling, a clear yet silky liquor, a rich and elegant aroma, vivid umami from amino acids, and a sweet, lingering finish.
