有機玉露 み（ MI ）

「 ひ 」「 ふ 」は新芽の先端だけを摘みますが、その下にはまだ多くの新芽が残っています。その新芽を同じ日のうちにもう一度摘み、製造しました。丁寧に淹れれば、濃厚な旨味は「 ひ 」と遜色ありません。玉露の淹れ方はもちろん、水出しや料理にも。

For HI and FU we pick only the tips of the new shoots, leaving many young shoots below. We pick those on the same day and process them. Brewed with care, its rich umami rivals HI. Brew it as gyokuro, cold-brew it, or use it in cooking.
